Statewide Van Lines Reviews

I wish I knew of your site 3 years ago to warn people of these creeps. First of all they will initially take credit cards for your first down payment. Then on after that they have your items, it's all cash, cash only. I am physically handicapped I had paid for them to pack my things. Two old guys show up and cursed out that no one had come to pack. The first thing they told me was how much 15% tip they get. They stayed 14 hours stuffing things in boxes not properly packed. they stayed till 3 o'clock in the morning. Their truck went dead and I had to give them a jump. This was the first time I did an interstate move, they told me all my stuff was covered by insurance.

After 4 months, I had my stuff in storage it took a month for them to send my things. Delivery day the truck driver was giving me things that weren't mine. There were items I already seen that were broken. The truck driver assured me that the insurance would cover all the broken items and to sign the paperwork, he was still delivering boxes to my garage. And putting boxes on top of each other there was no way to open all the boxes to inspect my things. I have physical limitations. Little did I know what the creep meant was .60 cent per pound. Every thing that I got was broken and on top of that I received other peoples boxes. I also had boxes missing. They never told me of other insurance to get.

I had called for months trying to get an answer some one to help me for the broken things and the other peoples things They kept on telling me they will call back but never did. I finally got through and asked for a supervisor. I had called him several times my son also because they got used to my voice and said yeah he'll call back and never did. I told the supervisor several times and he finally told me to F off and just sell the S...! Meaning the other persons things.

It took 10 montha to get 160.00 for the damage, there was one other supervisor I was talking to. He purposely kept delaying giving me the 160.00, what a joke compared to the damage they did to my furniture, tv and other items besides missing boxes.

I did call the State attorney and the district attorney told me to contact the D.O.T. They told me that tey are behind in paying for their interstate license and other licenses.

I tried to find the owner of the boxes but to no avail.

This was the worst scam I have ever encounted how disgusting these people were, not professuional at all.

And to take advantage of a physically challenged person, makes me sick.

i warned you, find another company because they are ripoffs.
