I have been getting e-mails for quit sometime now, years, saying I owe this company ACS money.
I did apply for a loan over the internet, and they said appoved but, I never received any money from them, either through the mail or direct deposit. They keep telling me I am in default of the loan and I am behind on the repayment. I have told them I did not receive any funds from ACS so, they need to stop trying to get money from me that I never received from them. I have been doing this from day one and I have kept all the e-mails they sent me and the responses I sent to them.
I have or my wife has made a complaint against this company and there has been several others with the same complaint.
I wish reporting this I can get some kind of closure of the harrassing e-mails and threatning me to take me to court.
Please help me.
I did give them all my information, name, address, e-mail and bank info and they never direct deposited the money in my account nor did they send me a check in my time of need.
