So i get this letter from stoneleigh and associates telling me i owe $800 from a unpaid credid card balance. I don't even remember having a credit card from that particular bank, i.e citibank. When i asked the rep when was this from, she said it was from 1992! The oringinal balance was $10. I just laughed and asked her to not contact me anymore, to which her reply was, well... pay your bill, and we will be happy to. after i told her after 22 years, i will not pay a thing. She than called me a slacker, told be i have no morals and i am a slacker. All i did was just laugh and laugh at the other choice words she called me. All i can say is ..."seriously" are companies so desperate to use rude and scare tactics for a 22 year old debt, that in all actuallity isnt even viable, or enforcable anymore? Even if a debt is 1 year old, that is no wat to ever speak to anyone!
