To make a long story short, A Company by the name of Stores Online, had a Seminar here in Birmingham, Alabama 01/15/2011- , which my husband and I attended. They Scammed me out of 7,226.28. by using deceptive advertising.
I made the huge mistake of purchasing about 6 websites from Stores Online at one of their high pressure workshops. This company is big on promises and very small on customer service.
I never thought I could be reimbursed for what I spent on the websites, (which I attempted to do many times, by contacting Stores Online- but was unsuccessful) as you try to start building your website, it just costs more and more money for marketing and other costs.
I would like to know if there is a way I can file a Class Action Lawsuit against Stores Online, all I want is every dime of the money they scammed me out of. My information was given to other companies without my consent,
I received harassing calls, was misinformed, poor Signature Customer Support, their sales tactics were false and unrealistic, I was defrauded out of my hard earned money - which I was forced to pay in order to keep my credit in tact,
they provide mis-leading information, software not easy to use as I was advised- (not even with the so called help of customer support). A lot of false information was provided at the original seminar.
