I met Tom Stuker of Stuker Training and thought that he would be a good fit for the dealership. He said he would charge 15k to help perform a complete overhaul of the sales team. This would include one on one time with each of the salesman and explanation of several techniques which supposedly help to get more auto buyers in the door.
Instead of teaching the salesman ethical ways to get clients in the door, Tom Stuker taught them to lie and say whatever they needed to so that people would walk into the door. That lead to many unsatisfied customers and plenty of complaints. He would tell them to let clients know we had a particular vehicle in stock so they would drive from another state, and then tell them we just sold it and try to sell them on other things. He would tell the salesman to blatently lie It really hurt us, and we feel ripped off by Tom Stuker.Half the time he was at the dealership he was on another call talking about something else.
In summary, stay away from Tom Stuker, he will just waste your time and money. Not only will Tom Stuker tell your salesman to lie to clients, which will hurt your dealership's reputation, but he will lie to your salesman and make promises of huge commissions that are not realistic. This will lead to unhappy customers and plenty of salesman who will quit in the end ruining your name as a dealership and wasting your money, while making sure that no one will ever want to work with you.
Stay far far away from Tom Stuker, unless you have 15k to waste and want to rehire all new salesman.
