I think you have the wrong owner for this company in Hendersonville NC. You probably should check your facts the North Carolina shop is owned by Pe3te Martin. Your guy from Jerry marks has opened another shop in CA.
Stuttgart Auto Werks Inc. is really Motormeister who is the biggest rip off in California. The owner is Jerry Marks and recently filed bankruptcy because of all the law suits and people he's ripped off. Just do a search on Motormeister and you'll see what I'm talking about. Now he's in Los Alamitos running his scheme as Motormeister. What Jerry does is tell you he has worked on Porsche racing cars and that he's a second gneration Porsche mechanic. Then he takes 1/2 your money and your car, pulls the engine out and keeps your car for months and months. If you want your car back, you'll have to get other things fixed. The next thing you know your bill is 3 or 4 times what you thought it was going to be. If you don't like it, you can come get your car and the engine (which is now if hundreds of pieces). The other thing Jerry Marks does (aka Motormeister) is he uses chop shop parts. What does that mean? It means that if you get caught with these parts you can go to jail. Yes, receiving stolen property is a crime and Jerry is connected on stolen parts. The only way you know what you're getting is to pull the engine and take the engine apart, otherwise a mechanic can't tell. He gets you stolen parts, that are worn out, and pieces your engine together just enough to get it running. But, plan on letting him have your car for a long time, and plan on getting an email stating that you'll need to pay more money.
This guy should be in jail and I'm shocked that he's reopening up under another name. Check out the BBB under Motormeister and check the local county courthouse in Downey for complaints and lawsuits. This guy has a rap sheet that goes to the end of the street!
If you are considering getting your Porsche repaired, engine rebuilt, find another builder while you can.
Jerry ripped me off $14,000 then closed his shop and filed bankruptcy. Shame on you Jerry! Karma will catch you I'm sure of it.
