Ordered replacement cartridges for my pool. They were scheduled to be delivered on 5/22/15. Unbeknowest to me, the company required a signature. Since I work all day, I am not home to accept deliver of packages. When I contacted the company they offered no solution or assistance. They told me that the filters would be returned to them and that I was basically SOL.
Now I have no pool for a holiday weekend and have to start all over to acquire replacement cartridges for my filer.
