I bought a car approximately a month ago. Thus guy Borhan rubbed me wrong from the beginning but because the car place was by my job i thought it would be smart of me to be able to buy a car and leave from work with a car. WRONG!!! As soon as i put the car in drive the check engine light came on along with me almost crashing because my breaks didnt WORK!! I contacted Borhan immediately the nxt morning and stated my problems.. He told me he will take care of me .( Not to mention the car first failed inspection because of the break issue)
So the next day Borhan drove the car with me in it and told me that the breaks will work in a few days it just has to burn the rust off of the rotors( LIE) as far as the check engine light he cut it off and as soon as i put it in drive of course it came back on..I have been dealing with him on a daily basis only to be lied to and push off until the next day. Well its been almost a month Borhan has fix nothing the car wouldnt start . My advice is to stay the hell away from this guy!! He knows what he is doing. He doesnt care at all !! He knows he is selling fucked up cars, he KNOWS u will be back within a week. They cheat Md inspection with theyfriends who gives them a pass. He lives by AS IS to work you out of your money and he has help in this awful scheme. Please stay away!! As i lost 4000 in this deal!!!

My wife and stp -daughter purchased a car a few days ago and even before they got home issues started. Check , Engine light , airbag light etc etc. I asked where is the inspection report and they told me the dealer didn't give it to them. We took the car to 2 independent auto shops and both told us there are many issues to be addressed. I called Birhan Birzi , the owner and asked him about the inspection report , who did the inspection and why it wasn't given. he did not tell me the name of who did the inspection. Claimed he uses multiple people and will have to look it up. I told him my wife and step-daughter are afraid to drive the car and just want to return it and get thier money back. His response " it is your car now, you bought it as is"
I have a sick feeling in my stomach after reading the Ripoff Report from April 2012. I am hoping the person who wrote that earlier report will contact me asap. We are going to the dealership soon to insist on our copy of the report. I will update at that point. This is 2 years later and the pattern seems to be exactly the same so far. I am hoping it is not. Mr Birzi will have the chance to show good faith when we go there today.
