The owner of this company sold me a home on time for another man and did not have the right to. The man and his ex wife have a me that the hhe loan on the home and it wasn't reported to the wife on the loan or the bank. The owner of sunshine homes and properties wrote a contract for the man on the loan and asked me to pay 3000 down so I did.
I was told the money I put down would go on the home taxes and contract so it would be legal. I ended up putting 2700 down the bank received 1200 the lawyer never drew up a contract it was done by the owner of sunshine homes and properties which cist her the paper and ink. The taxes were never paid.
I didn't find out about the taxes until I went to pick up the moving permit. I had to pay them. Also the bank later informed me that the home wasn't to be moved. Now she is trying to have me evicted without taking me to court.
I also know there is a class action lawsuit against u and the company she owns. And years ago she sold a home to my aunt . My aunt gave her cash for it. In the middle of the night while my aunt and her kids were asleep a man came in the home and informed them they had to leave because he owns the home. My aunt left with her kids and had to hunt down the owner of sunshine homes and properties and had to threaten her to get her money back. I had no clue this was the same person who did that to my aunt.
Now I'm out money and soon out of a home and my family too.
