Even though my Flood Insurance Agent sends Suntrust the proper proof that I paid my premium. Suntrust stills threatens me with their buying expensive insurance and adding the insurance amount to my mortgage and then escrowing said amount.
In my opinion this has to be a type of fraud or harrassment of a person over 65 years of age. This harrassment every year is starting to affect my health. It needs to stop. Just own up to the fact that I pay on time and treat us with the respect we deserve as elderly people and veterans of the united states.
I fell into financial hardship in 2011 and contacted Suntrust Mortgage to see if I could remodify my loan to get a lower interest rate and payment. I sent them the information they requested over seven times. Every time I sent it they let it lapse and needed updated information.
I sent in a payment that was refused and sent back to my bank. They have currently sold my house and I just got an eviction notice yesterday. There has to be something I can do to keep my home! I did everything they asked in a timely fashion and I am still losing the only home I have ever known, the one I raised my children in, and the one I currently reside in. I can't lose my house! I have no where to go! Please let me know if anyone has ANY information
