My husband got a tracker from this company, the lady that drove it to the car lot told Rick that the airconditioning needed gased up, and that it was wabbaling a little, well i had a little bit of cool air so i took it up there any way to get it aired up, well this kid went to walmart and got the freeon for the airconditioner put it in and off we went tryed it and hot air came out of it, so we went back and all rick said as is all i care about is your well being i told him my husband is disabled and has to have air which he was promised at the beging but refued to fix it about a couple months later the engine blew up first he said we can fix that for you , then changed his mind again, then said i will since you had it for a couple months i think it was like a thousand dollars well after it was done they called me up and said i had to refinance it again i wanted to say no but what i went through i should off well after the paper work i looked at it for some reason the price was 7 thousand up to 11 thousand,i need a vehicle because of all the dr appointments.rick told me i didn't need to drive i am disabled that hurt my husband bad it wasn't far,
then there was a time he went in there and rick told him again that January he didn't have to pay a paymnet friend refural well january came and Rick told him i didn't say that, when my husand was in there he heard a womand talking to another woman out loud , a customer came in and paid cash after they left he heard her say i should just run his credit card he will never know anything, i tried to get a hold of the main branch but guess who they had call my husband yes Rick so what do you do about that his tracker isn't even worth 1 thousand is there any thing we can do please let us know thanks.
