Supermedia LLC Reviews

I signed up for internet advertizing with Supermedia. The way I understood the program. For a flat monthly fee we would receive basic advertisingfrom there internet advertising website. If we wished we could utilize a feature that we paid by the click, this was to help you monitor how much interest your adds were generating. We were also able to determain how many calls were generated by the pay per click.

The Issue here was that we always had the maximum clicks, 500. In addition to the flat fee of $549.00 we are paying an additional $243.00. supposedly for the 500 clicks we are getting. According to Supermedia we had 500 clicks every month for the year ending in April 2014. We had not seen any results from the advertizing, as we were not reciieveing call from new customers. We had not increased our call volume, or seen any significant increase in business. When we asked to be removed from the pay per Click feature, we were told that it would be taken care of and recieved an email indicating that our request was being attended to by""Clyde in our Client Care Dept"".

I n December I recieved an Invoice for $792.00 , again in January another $792.00 and now in February an Invoice for $786.27. Still not the $549.00 I was promissed. When My office staff contacted Dean Hanson on my behalf, Dean was disagreable and uncooperative. I am not satisfied that we ever had 500 clicks and to ad insult to injury, even after the pay per click is suppose to be disabled or paused as they put it. The bill remains at $786.09 As of today my website has been removed, The phone for the representative leaves you on hold for 40 min. I don't think this is the way a business is suppose to treat clients.
