Cancelling a product

I have order Garcinia Cambogia diet pills, in which on their website its "FREE" you only pay for shipping!. I sent them email after i received the product to cancel any other shipments. I received an email in which it states you need to contact us at this phone number that I also saved, 877-429-2465 nutracustomer support, and I got the same message. They also told to read the fine print, that if you cancel the order then you need to return the rest of the product. I told the person the product is opened and what are you going to do with it? resale it? she just kept on saying you have 15 days to return it, or your credit card will be charged 44.00 told her I dispute it with my credit card company and file a false advertising. I said then I want a refund on shipping, and send me a label, she told me that I will not get a refund. these people are scam artist. I should have known. I did received a RMA# and the person mostly kept on saying just return the product, I refused!!.

Bought diet product via https://safeorderingnetwork.com, thought I'd be charged $96.00 + tax but my credit card was charged $129 instead. The website did not allow me to review my order nor did it give me a total dollar amount when I purchase the items. Once I input my information, it showed me that the order was submitted successfully and I received a rather dubious e-mail confirming an order in the amount of $129 with no business information other than an e-mail address and hotline number. I tried contacting customer service right away (it was a Sunday) and got an automated tape recorder informing me that their hotline is only open Monday-Friday (their website under Terms and Conditions lied and stated that their business under the customer service #8774292465 was available "Monday through Sunday 8am to 10pm"....that's a blatant lie...it is NOT). Waited until Monday and contacted customer service again, hoping to resolve this issue and correct the charge. Instead I was told that I did not read the fine print and the $129 is the correct amount. They then proceeded to tell me that they are unable to cancel the order but I can wait until I receive the order, mail it back at my own expense, and be charged $5.95 for each diet product that I've ordered RIDICULOUS considering that they are doing false advertisement as the $129 was the WRONG pricing (I've taken screenshots of their website including the offer which pretty clearly depicts that the offer will total $96.00 at the time of the checkout and $66.00 after mail-in rebate). At this point I hung up the phone and wrote their customer service department an e-mail because I wanted to keep proof of my coordination with them to dispute the charges on my credit card.

While going back and forth with them about my order, I tried to log onto the website to look up their physical address as well as other business information to file a complaint with the BBB and guess what I've found NOTHING. They shut down their website and then I finally noticed that nowhere in the the e-mail coordination do they mention their address or even business name. All I got is their e-mail address and customer service number. Hindsight is 20/20, I am just glad that I placed the order with my credit card and can dispute the charges with my credit card company. I've googled their hotline number and they now pop up under different URL (https://nutrition-made-simple.com/) selling different product...so beware folks...DO NOT do any business with them! They will scam you out of your money one way or the other.
