On Dec. 16th I purchased a credit card knife on survival life.com. They said the credit card was free, I just had to pay for shipping and handling. After I purchased the card they asked if I was interested in another knife to which I declined. They then asked me if I wanted to join their membership and I declined that as well.

On jan. 21st I was checking my bank statement and noticed 3 charges from survival life and one from iTunes. On dec. 16th they charged me $9.95 (for the larger knife I didn't order). On dec. 17th they charged me $4.95 ( for the credit card knife I did order). On dec. 19th I have an $8.99 charge from iTunes (which I don't use). On jan 20th I had a $19.99 charge from survival life.

I only gave them permission to use my debit card information for the credit card knife. There are no indications saying that if I buy this credit card knife I will also be purchasing another larger knife and joining a membership. I declined those offers they made me and they charged me anyway. I am not the only one they have scammed. They supposedly have a 30 day refund policy but they don't abide by it. How am I not going to get my money back the day after you take money out of my account? I had no idea that I signed up for the membership because there were no funds taken out at that time. They can't charge me for something I didn't know I had.

Survivallife is a scam. I have placed initial orders for Everstryke Matches and HR Tactical Blade. They then sent me email of huge savings on CyberMonday Products. I place my order, then receive email that me Order was sent out and should receive in 12 - 15 days. I wait but receive nothing. I go to my account site to check status on orders and to check tracking of shipment. Orders received and approved but no tracking available. However my credit card was charged immediately on the day orders made. They are very quick and accurate regarding this process, unfortunately they do not have the same passion or accuracy in placing your order.

I try calling the company on multiple occasions during various hours of the day, I am unable to leave voice message as they said the at experiencing a high volume of calls, and to call later or email. I try calling after business hours to leave voice message, but they do not accept after hours calls or messages, need to call during regular business hours.

i have emailed over 10 times to this company requesting a full refund of all orders and requesting cancellation of all orders and subscriptions. The only answer I get is another $19.95 charge to my account. Three days later, I receive email asking that there was an error and none of my three orders were sent out. They asked if I wanted to reorder or get refund.

I request refund on all three orders And the subscription. I get various emails from supposed different employees, Stephanie, Gazelle, Messy Maye, etc. all of whom give me a different take on my email. RANGING from asking if I would like a reorder or refund, despite multiple emails requesting refund. Finally the refund my subscription $19.95, but not my original three orders. hiwever, the refund is only on there log and so far after three days have not been posted to my credit card.

i am now receiving emails saying that they have sent out my last order, which is the largest amount of money due, and now once again asking if I wanted a refund on my original two orders, as they were not sent out due to error.

Frustrating as now I am back to square one. Are the trying my patients or my endurance to see if I will become exasperated and quit harassing them.

luckily I have contacted my creditcard company and I am disputing there charges And they will assist me in obtaining my refund.

please do not fall for there slick advertisements and web home page very nice and professional, however this is all smoke and mirrors, they are there to take your money without sending out your orders......you may get your money back after a battle. Not worth the trouble.

Survival Life at SurvivalLife.com Re billed my credit card without authorization.

I purchased a credit card knife for a few bucks at http://survivallife.com/credit-card-knife/. I signed up for NOTHING else. Immediately after purchase they give you all of these internet marketing type offers (upsells). I declined all of them. Afterwards I see that I've been billed some sort of "lamplighter society" scam membership. The lamplighter society is some membership type scam.

That's why they sell the credit card knife so cheaply, so that they can get your credit card information and then charge you recurring payments for $20 a month without authorization.

I dealt with a customer service rep named Jessica, but she refused to provide a refund unless I pay to return the stuff out of my own pocket. Scam.
