This company fraudulently added a monogrammed 'non-returnable' item to my existing order. When I contacted Customer Service via email to inquire about the item and the charge, I received an abusive call from a Customer Service agent saying "I am confused by your email, because you ordered this item and there is nothing we are going to do for you." I explained that the one of the items they had shipped to me and charged me for was monogrammed "EAC" and that I had no reason to order an identical item to the item I ordered for myself with my correct initials "JCR" because "EAC" are not my initials nor do I know anyone with those initials. She groaned at me and said "Oh well. You agreed to the terms and made a mistake that you're going to have to pay for. That's how it is." I very honestly explained to this woman just how offended I was for being accused of making this mistake. I explained to her that I had been very excited to get the item I ordered so I could see the quality and if I'd liked it, I planned on ordering a necklace next. She replied: "We would be sorry to lose a customer, but we can lose you if we have to." I ended up disconnecting the call when I realized the purpose of the call was to make me feel like I had done something wrong and to put it on the record that they would not be doing the right thing and that would be refunding the cost of the item I did not order. This is not customer service with a smile by any means and before I wrote this post, I needed to call my credit card company and put a stop on my card before they charge me for something else. This is my first time dealing with this company and I will never deal with them again. I wish there was a good way to warn others what can happen when you order from this company. Absolutely horrible!
