I setup an automatic payment for $454.45 to pay my bill because my account was past due and suspended as a result of me being out of work with a broken ankle. I received money to pay the bill sooner than the automated payment date so I called customer care to see if I could cancel the automated payment and just pay right then and there to have my service restored, HUGE MISTAKE! I asked the representative several times whether or not doing so would cause me to be double charged and she assured me I had nothing to worry about she would delete the automatic payment in the system and I could just pay right then and there, she suggested I round up my payment to $455.00 so I did and had my debit card charged. A few hours later I checked my bank account and to my horror I see two charges from T-Mobile totaling $909.45 I was absolutely livid! I called customer care and was told by a rep there was nothing they could do because t-mobile doesn't take possession of the funds until after 24 hours so I would have to call my bank and do a stop payment TOTAL B.S. my bank couldn't help because t-mobile had ALREADY taken the money. So I call customer care (they should really reconsider that name because they don't care!) This time I reached a representative who was in the highest "tier" of reps who processed a refund request and told me I'd find out the decision on my request in 24 hours. I'm so confused as to why a decision even has to be made to give me back my money when they have representatives who lie to get your money from you and overcharge me money that I can't afford. I'm utterly disgusted at how a major company like t-mobile does business. I'm still awaiting said "decision" if they deny my refund request I will be taking them to small claims court, I don't have $455.00 laying around to be credited to a phone company who's service sucks anyway!

I had T-mobile cell phone service for 5 years. My average bill was around $65. I received 2 long distance phone calls from Texas. The next month, my phone bill went upto $410. When I called Tmobile, I was informed that I changed my plan. Why would anyone change from a lower plan to ahigher plan unless he is INSANE? I never asked for changing the plan. i NEVETR CALLED T MOBILE. T mobile did it without my knowledge. I asked them to fix it because I never changed the plan.T mobile refused to fix it. Immediately I asked Tmobile to cancel my service. I also refused to pay for the cancellation fee. After 4 years, Tmobile kept sending unanimous letters which I ignored. Finally T-Mobile took me to court demanding $410. I did not attend the court date. Judgement was passed against me. Few months later, Tmobile hired a collection agency. I wrote to the collection agency that this agency joined the company of aDAYLIGHT ROBBER LIKE T -MOBILE and that if I received another letter, I THREATENED TO SUE THIS COLLECTION AGENCY AND T MOBILE FOR FRAUD . FOR 4 YEARS I HAVE BEEN OUT OF WORK. IT IS BECAUSE OF T MOBILE. MY EMPLOYERS COULD NOT CONTACT ME. I WA NO LONGER HARRASSED BY THE COLLECTION. HOWEVER, THIS INFORMATION IS STILL ON THE LINE. MY APPLICATION FOR LOANS HAVE BEEN DENIED BECAUSE THIS JUDGEMENT AGAINST ME IS STILL ON LNE. T MOBILE MUST BWE SUED FOR THE LOSS OF MY JOB AND DENIAL OF LOANS.

T MOBILE IS NOW PLANNING TO MERGE WITH ANOTHER HIGHWAY ROBBER DISHNETWORK. THIEVES AND ROBBERS ALWAYS GET TOGETHER. I WISH T MOBILE AND DISHNETWORK BOTH WILL GO BANKRUPT BECAUSE THEY BOTH HAVE DEFRAUDED THE CONSUMERS.

I go to T Mobile on Raefor Rd to start a service on a old T Mobile phone I found in my closet. New number and sim card, should be simple. They port my active number from my iphone to this phone. I see the paperwork and asked what have you done...I come in for a new service and they ported my phone from ATT, then say there is nothing they can do...I havbe to go to ATT. I go to ATT they say they cant see where the number is being ported I should be ok. That night at midnight, my iphone shows no service. Later that morning the t-mobile phone rings...it's my number and I have to take the call. I go to ATT when they open at noon and finally get my number ported back to my iphone. I call T Mobile that evening (1 Apr) I wish I had written down the name of who I was talking to. He documented my complaint, closed my account, put me on hold to clear up billing and was extremely apologetic. He advised t was taken care of. On 12 April what do I find in my mailbox? A bill from T-Mobile, dated 2 Apr. Of course I get on the phone again this time I talked to Anne first, push the wrong number for the issue and was transfered to Amber. The note was written by who ever spoke to on the first, but Amber tells me I am responsible for the charges on the bill...I used the device. DUH like I had a choice because the people at T-Mobile screwed up. I asked to talk to a supervisor...Amber was right I got the same response from Denise but she said it could have been fixed. Not by the people at the T-Mobile Store...they sent me to ATT...I am tired of excuses. T-Mobile needs to take responsibility for their stores, their employees and supervisors and not blame the consumer when they screw up!
