Hey TMobile, why does your "Loyalty" department try to make up information?
I just called to cancel 2 lines on my 4 line plan, a whopping savings of $10 per month for me, and your representative informed me that I am under contract with you--which is simply not true!
I never signed a contract with you, the sales person we saw when I purchased a phone at FULL PRICE informed us that TMobile does not have contracts. I never signed a new contract.
When I told this to your "Loyalty" consultant, he insisted that I am under contract. When I asked him to provide the contract, he informed me that you all do not keep contracts and that you rely on your customer to keep copies of documents that they sign!
I told him this simply did not make sense, if you are trying to legally hold a customer to something you need to provide proof of what you are claiming they signed. But he did not seem to care about logic.
I was always very happy with TMobile as a company and ALWAYS recommending you to my friends and family. I was planning to keep my other two phones for many years to come. Now I will do everything in my power to get away from you, never come back, and will tell everyone I know to do the same.
