I had come to an agreement with Mr. Thomas and we had a contract that stated he would loan my company money after I paid the Origination Fee. I paid my fee of $958 to his "secretary's" account and he was supposed to transfer the money to my bank account the next day.
The next day he wrote me and said he needed another $8,700 from me for some type of PPI insurance. This was not part of the contract so I told him I would not pay it. He stated that I would not receive the loan without paying it.
I have asked him several times to return me money to me since he was in breach of contract. He has been holding onto my money and not returning it. He claims he is an honest businessman but an honest businessman not ask for $8700 to give someone a loan.
This person is a scammer and all I want is my money back.
