Paid in full for my cornhole set and received nothing just like everyone else. Now I can no longer get a response to any emails.

I ordered a corn hole set for my daughter for Christmas. It took several weeks to get. When we received the order it was damaged and the decals were coming off. I emailed the company because they won't pic up the phone. They were going to file a claim against UPS. Well to this day they have not replaced the damaged corn hole set. Don't order anything from them because they don't stand behind their work!

This guy and his company is definitely a scam. I ordered merchandise that they apparently never had with a promise of quick shipping. No delivery and no refund and no response. Wish I had known sooner. Thank goodness I paid with credit card and they were able to credit my money and now the credit card company is going after them. Hopefully they will get him good! I have learned a very good lesson and will always do my homework. My advice is PLEASE stay away form this company at all costs!
Ordered at the beginning of June.
When my order had not arrived by the end of July I contacted them through their website and via email. I could not call because they were "switching locations"
They did not return emails. I received some automated responses saying someone would contact me within 24 hours. No one contacted me.
Soon my order did not exist on their website so my only record is my PayPal transaction details.
I wish I had researched this company before ordering from them.

I ordered a windsock from this company....I kept inquiring about it...was told they were checking on it.....I tried calling many times, but it was a recording saying the phones were out of service....every time I emailed them, I got a response saying they were checking on it and would get back to me...that never happened.....finally I asked for my money back....was told they couldn't send it because they had been told the item shipped...and couldn't send it back until they confirmed that....well that was in February, now this is September......
I wish I had read reviews of this online seller before placing an order. I had the exact same bad experience as everyone else. I ordered an item online and my PayPal account was charged immediately. Item wasn't shipped within a reasonable time, so I contacted John Mikulec, owner (also associated with "MIK Woodworking") via e-mail. While I did actually get a response from him, indicating that he would see to it the item was sent, I never received the item. Based on my correspondence with him, it seems clear that he is a third party seller and does not personally stock most, if any, of the items on his website (orders from someone else), nor does he even know if the items he lists are even still available. I filed a dispute with PayPal to which he never responded. Thank goodness I used PayPal, because after escalating to a claim, PayPal refunded my money in full. I would advise you NOT to patronize this seller. You do so at your own risk and you are enabling a bad business.
This company is HORRIBLE to deal with. We order corn hole boards August 7. Like everyone else we have called and emailed several times with no response other than an automated reply. If they provide such great products, where are they, because I don't believe they actually exist. Don't order from this company, do research and order elsewhere. I gave them 1 star because that is the worst you can choose from.
Wish I would have seen these reviews earlier. My CC was charged immediately and received a Order Summary with Invoice # but that has been it since. I keep calling the 540-722-7234 # and leaving messages with no response. Next step is to report this to the BBB and authorities.

I have attempted to call the phone number listed but it says that it is not available. When I did try to email asking for order status I received an repsonse that it would be looked into. I also replied to their Facebook page with a similar response. I have not had any response from them in a few days now and I am not holding my breath.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I have attempted to reach this company and have not had any response. Currently their 800 number is not in service. I have emailed a dozen times and left several messages( when the number worked). I ordered on 5/5/14 and expected the order to arrive quickly due to my close proximity to their location. I will be filing a complaint with the Winchester Better Business Bureau.

6 weeks later and still NOTHING. I contacted the BBB in their area and they are "investigating" this matter. I contacted law enforcemement that covers them because this is a clear Theft By Deception matter. This company has no shame. Repeat, DO NOT EVER deal with this company. He will politely take your order, but then after sending the money will never communicate with you again.

After promising prompt delivery and taking my money as soon as the order was made, 2 months later they refuse to return phone calls, emails, messages of any kind and have NO explanation about receiving my money back or status of the boards.
Police have shown up to the property on my behalf and no one is ever available.
