On January 24,2014,while on a norwegiann cruise I purchased a ring from Tanzanite International,I left the store to have the ring sized and when I went back to pick it up, and to run and catch our ship as it was leaving port, so I could not look at it there, when I got back on board I noticed that it was not the same ring. I immediately put in a call with capital one to stop payment. They patched me through to the store where the customer service agent told us she would send me a return#(which she never actually did) I have tried contacting DI by email,,phone numbers listed on the receipt...never an answer. Now they td my credit card I never returned this so now I am stuck paying for this.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
