I had All of the services which I was not using; due to my work schedule increasing. Mr Dee Hall TOLD me I created a second account; which is the reason for my account having double-deductions made to it. My conversation (over the phone was) with Mr. Dee Hall who assured me that after my services were canceled, I would receive a credit to my checking account of $121. This was FALSE, my account was credited ONLY $34.00; then less than three days later, an deduction of $29.00 was made to my account. All of this occurred on December of 2014.
I now (in January/2015), have contacted my banking institution (in order to report a lost debit card), only to be informed that Tax Sales Services (aka National Tax Sales), has made two (2) recent deductions on January 2, 2015 of $29.00. This, after Mr. Dee Hall assured me that my services were canceled. I will NOT recommend anyone do business with this company, I need the services of a lawyer in order to retrieve ALL of the funds which were Unjustly taken from me!!!
