Flower girl dress order was cancelled within 24 hours. TBdress did not respond. Called PayPal to stop payment, within the 24 hrs, payment had already processed. Tried to call company, found out it was international and located in China. No where on the site did it mention China.
No response received from company for days. When reply was received they said cancellation not accepted , except at 40%, and dress had already been cut. Weeks later, inquired into how long before dress was to be completed and shipped. Told dress had been started late because of request to cancel.
When dress was received, it was poorly made, sleeves and appliques were crooked, torso was disproportionate, not to size, length was too long, material was stained. Took pictures and sent to company. They replied they would help pay for tailor in US to fix dress. Cost would be $65 plus dry clean to get stains out, company replied they would only be willing to pay $25.
No refund. No cancellation, poor workmanship, poor quality, poor response
