If you lease on with him, he gets you to run on your own money for the first couple of weeks and then after that he starts withholding money from each paycheck and then you wind up in a vicious cycle of trying to collect what is owed to you.
I was stupid and stayed for 90 days and he got into me for 7000.00 dollars and i am not the only one. Most new hires only stay for a few weeks but he has a clause in his contract that you must stay 45 days or you owe him for certain services.
Do an internet search of north and south express and you will find information about the scam that he is pulling on innocent owner-operators and how he is making a living off of other people's work.
any good review on here is from rod himself. not hard to figure out. he opens a company, cheats drivers out of thousands of dollars, shuts the company down and starts a new one. I am not sure how this man can sleep at night. No conscience and no morals whatsoever. He has never had a driver stay for more than a couple of months if even that long. they go broke very fast as they are being cheated by this man.
