Our SUV had a small chip in the windshield. We took it here for a chip repair. we had to pay a minimal fee. we waited and watched while the repair was done. the technician caused a 3 foot crack to eminate out across our windshield right before our eyes! We were shocked. The technician went to get the manager, Joshua Call. Mr. Call just blew it off, said he'd give us a good deal on a new windshield which was actually a terrible deal and acted like it wasn't his problem. We went home to contact our insurance co and came back at a later day. we informed him that it was his responsibility to repair it since he (his technician) broke it. He refused, was a total jerk and didn't even offer to give us our fee back that we had paid for the chip repair, which wasn't repaired. We insisted, so he reluctantly agreed but then proceeded to take forever and make us wait. So, I used my waiting time to stand out in the parking lot next to my damaged Suv and point out the quality of their work to other customers. A technician went in and apparently told Mr. Call about this. He then came out and threatened to call the police and have them throw me off the property. I told him to go ahead, that maybe they could also arrest him,and that I was staying here as long as it took to get my money refunded. He went back inside and was suddenly able to get my refund to me immediately.
