Technical Pump

Technical Pump service of Brooksville florida is deceptive and they are unethical in dealing with it's customers.

They won't tell what they charge you to come out to your house, technaican did find the problem

with my pump and well motor right away. It was one part, technanican changed out that part then tested motor

and it worked find.

He than on his own change out 2 other parts, he later said that they were old and would probably stop working

at a later date. All this without any discusion or authorization from me. The technanican than handed me a

invocie for $322.00.

I asked the technanican how can a bill reach $322.00 for 3 parts two of which didn't need to be changed out

because they were working? He said the company charges $85.00 to come to your house, they also charge $85.00

for labor and the 3 parts cost the rest for a total of $322.00. I asked about the 2 parts that were working that he

decided to change out without asking me? He claimed he was doing me a favor because if they broke down I

would have to call him back out and I would be spending even more money.
