I received a telephone call from phone number 302-356-0538 on Tuesday, July 29 at 12:53 p.m. This phone conversation lasted for 31 minutes and 25 seconds. The caller wanted access into my computer and was able to successfully gain access into it. They convenced me that they were a legitimate sub-contracting company that Microsoft uses. They told me that they offer a free sevice and that my computer was in serious trouble. They told me that I need to buy their software for One Hundred Dollars and that they would take my Credit Card information and submit the payment on August 6, 2014. They told me that they would go ahead and install it, and that we did not need to stay on the line any further. They made sure to get my addreesses: home, billing and e-mail; which I gave.

As soon as they hung up the phone, I immediately called The Geek Squad. The Geek Squad told me to call the bank and cancel my credit card information. They also informed me to go on-line to Ripoff Report and file this report. They told me to change my IP Address and they said that they were responsible for checking out my computer, since I have an open account with them and not to let people who call me up, on the phone to go inside of my computer.

The Geek Squad thoroughly checked and cleased my computer. As they did so, they warned me about the TechnologicalSupportZones.com as being potential hackers, who just wanted to get into my system; so that they could either: sell my information, or hack into my bank accounts.
