To my astonishment, I find a property has recently SOLD with the address 'GLYN ORIG, Machynlleth, Powys, Wales, SY20 9PR', appears to be the same address Stephen Baring registered his companies to, including: Tempus Suisse Ltd, Tempus Online Ltd, S2 Technologies Ltd. (all dissolved/bankrupt as confirmed by Companycheck).
The same address registered to the names: 'Stephen Baring' and his father 'Rev Maurice Jones'.
The property can be seen on a UK Property Agent website. I ask you to search: '4 bedroom semi-detached house for sale in Glynorig'
Glyn Orig (semi-detached residential house) recently sold for £125,000 yet I have not received a penny towards the $34,036 USD that the fraudster Stephen Baring - Jones fraudulently attained from me during 2012 to 2013.

Furthermore, a 3rd company; 'silverfish publishing ltd' with 'salome jones' Wife to stephen baring jones) named as company secretary.
Question: can we assume maurice jones, david jones, stephen baring Jones) & salome jones All related - father, his 2 sons & wife to stephen) are conducting fraudulent activities as a united family team!
Several businesses operated by stephen baring Jones) have registered address at 'glyn orig' in wales, both maurice jones Father) and stephen baring jones are both registered at that address. Presumably maurice jones, the father is working in the background of all this and currently living at that same address glyn orig, machynlleth, powys, wales!
Stephen baring Jones) has much to hide, the information covering up a fraud in excess of £460,000 as of april 2014, all abundantly clear and available on the internet, with an apparent preceding year income in excess of £100,000
Question: where have the funds gone? Why have i not been reimbursed what stephen baring Jones) stole from me? Same for the other 50 plus victims!
Stephen baring told me his company tempus suisse has been dissolved, verified by companycheck, stating he is not personally responsible for the bankruptcy and his failure to run a business. Yet the sociopath currently operates another company 'tempus online ltd' also registered to 'glyn orig' in powys wales, the home of maurice jones, stephen baring's father.
Re; david jones report on ripoff dated friday 17th april 2015. David jones clearly admits the following: quote "i David jones) too know of his faults being a brother, he used to be unkind to me at times as a child as older brothers do!. Stephen baring remains a bully to this day, i have documented proof of his threats.
David jones slanders me as a lier, yet the information apparent on the internet, of which he denies or has not bothered to review the countless reports, blogs, websites, or indeed contacted the police at powys over whelms his denial of the truth.
Question: if david jones is a teacher, as he claims, why have the authorities not caught up with him?
I am a longstanding acquaintance/friend of Stephen Baring-Jones. Years ago he actually asked me not to respond to these slanderous messages because he prefers the route of silent dignity (wrongly in my opinion). Personally, I find it disgusting to read these ridiculous comments and after obeying his wishes and staying silent for years I have decided that my conscience would no longer allow me to stand by and stay silent.
I want to say that I have known Stephen for many years and can personally vouch for his integrity, honesty, and generosity towards many many people over many many years. Ironically, he is the exact opposite to the person described in these messages. He tells very few people but a very significant percentage of his income has for many years gone to those in need in three African countries he has connections to. He provides a) immediate relief for those in extreme need, b) free seed capital to start small businesses, and c) free education for orphans. He has also privately mentored many young people who have not had educational opportunities.
His father (also slandered) is a respected retired vicar aged 89 and his brother (also slandered) is a mild-mannered respected junior school teacher. One sister is a consultant pediatrician and the other sister is a child behavioral specialist. They are absolutely not the type of people who would be involved in fraud.
The ring leader behind this online sabotage of Stephen's good name is a very strange individual with mental health difficulties who attempted to blackmail Stephen some years ago. Stephen of course refused to give in to blackmail. He was aided by an unpleasant individual who Stephen hired as a sales manager and was forced to fire for theft and gross misconduct. They used different aliases and email addresses, and their cronies, to make it look as though many people had a problem with Stephen (sadly easily done). They filled the internet with their lies. This all began nine years ago.
Sadly, Stephen lost two businesses and much more due to the destruction of his reputation - unfortunately, people tend to believe anything negative they read about people online and business deals collapsed. The knock-on effect meant that others also lost money. Since then he has struggled with depression. His biggest sadness is that his children who bear his unique name will be forever linked with and affected by these nasty allegations/lies online. This site for one refuses to remove anything, hiding behind US free speech laws. Also, during the years it has taken him to rebuild his wealth, he was unable to give as much financially to his charitable endeavours. This I know saddened him.
Stephen is now having to run his business/investment interests using a different name, forever having to hide his name in his daily life for fear of people reading this nonsense. Many have believed the online slander and have shunned him, not once ever asking for his side of the story. Frankly pathetic. Unfortunately, in my opinion, he has chosen to be passive (possibly his character) and has not actively sought to explain his position and what was being done to him. He always hoped that people would simply ask him, but none did.
A very sad story. And the frightening thing is this could happen to any of us with an online profile if we run into the wrong people. I feel very ashamed that I agreed to stay silent. I also feel shame for all of those people who know/knew Stephen and did nothing to stand for him online. I and his brother are the only two people to do so to date. I know he has helped many many people over the years, both in business and privately, many of whom have watched this happen. So sad that none were loyal enough to bother standing by him by writing in his defence. If you are one of those people, I urge you to do so now so that his children can read positive things about their father.
