I hired them to buff polish and wax my boat. Instead they used a wax and polishing compound mixture. Just did nothing more than to make a hazy blotchy mess. Damaged my wood work, brand-new upholstery and the plastic windows on my brand-new upper top. I gave them Many opportunities to correct all of these things, and would not or could not do so. They just kept doing the same wrong thing over and over. Quoted me 1800 to do the job and then sent me a bill for 2400. She kept telling me, okay it looks great now and it never looked good at all. Her excuse was it's old fiberglass, as if I was an idiot and didn't know any better. I paid her as I could not take her constant badgering and nasty messages any longer. I hired another detailer who did the work properly buffed polished and waxed. And the product in the end is beautiful. Old fiberglass my you know what!!!! My experience with this company started out bad, and only got worse. Caution to all, she will tell you one thing and do the opposite. Bait and switch pricing. And send young kids out to work on your boat, that have no idea what they're doing,and then tell you that it was her and her best man that worked on it. Lying and cheating seems to be their company policy. Then badger you for the money, when you just can't take anymore,you pay just to get rid of her. I have never felt so abused and ripped off by a company in my life!!!! Her self righteous attitude, Constant ridiculous excuses made me feel as if I was dealing with a crackhead. I could not get rid of them fast enough.CAUTION Do not call them if you know what's good for you!!! I paid them in cash bad idea, when you are dealing with the unscrupulous.
