Texas Direct Technologies Reviews

  • Jul 30, 2014

I purchased a vehicle a vehicle from this dealer about a month ago and it was advertised as not being involved in any motor vehicle collisions (auto accidents). Later, after purchasing the vehicle, I spotted several areas on the car that give away classic signs that a vehicle has been in a collision. On the front facia of the vehicle, the grill was not centered correctly to the facia. There are several areas of paint over-spray and poor quality of the clear-coat application. The windshield was not masked off properly when the clear-coat was applied, therefore the windshield has a very fine thin layer of clear-coat dried on. Visually its not very noticable but when the wipers are going, you can here them scrape on that layer of clear-coat. I had this vehicle inspected by an independent company (which I should have had done from the start), and they confirmed that my vehicle was indeed in an accident. Note, there was no frame damage. All damages was cosmetic and limited to the front facia of the car. Obviously this was a low speed impact that did minimal damage to the car. None-the-less this vehicle should not have been advertised as not being involved in an accident. Be careful of what you buy from the dealership.
