I have to start off saying this has been the worst experience ever with this fake dating service. If you are ever thinking about using a dating service to meet anyone DO NOT USE TEXAS SINGLES! My story…they charge me 2K for their supposedly professional service of matchmaking. At first this seems fun, exciting and intriguing to be matched up as you see on television or heard about from celebrities. They explain they have an extremely huge clientele and guarantee that they will find you desire date by your description profile given of a perfect mate. They were very convincing by take a picture of you, background check and they express so much happiness as they say, “ are you ready to find that person you been waiting for”…ALL LYES! What you would think to be a professional organization is nothing but thieves and robbers of American citizens money.
My experience was terrible from the beginning! Starting off, it took almost a month to even get on the site to build a profile (BUT MY MONEY WAS TAKEN IMMEDIATELY FROM MY ACCOUNT) I had to call about three week later to asked when will I see some profiles and I was informed that they do not provide photos or a physical description of your "match" until they have some profiles, which remember when I started that had a abundance of profiles that meet my description of people I would like to be match with. Let go on... to my first "match" about 2 months later. He called me and said he wanted to meet me, but he didn’t know if he was going to get fired from his job and he was in the process of moving from the area soon as well. He also told me he hasn’t heard anything from this service in six months, so he was shocked that he was contacted for any matches.
This was my second red flag! If they haven’t contacted this guy in six months, what type of clients do they really have and how are they really matching people by profiles, if they haven’t contacted this guy in months to know what he has going on to keep profiles database updated? So you know I never met this guy in person! One of my criteria was financially stable man to meet my pay scale; he met NONE of my main requirements! After the first match I didn’t hear any thing from them for about nine months, which I was pretty upset about. They called me saying the website had been updated or something, this why I had no matches (Yeah Right)??? Then they sent another total mismatch that did not meet my any requirements annotated on profile, hobbies, finances or personality either. We had nothing in common! I email them on the poor choices of dates and explained that I haven’t physical seen any of the potential dates either only phones calls. I request that they give me my money back, because I am not satisfied with this fake dating service. They tapped dance around this requests! Within a couple of days a representative call me from San Antonio, stating that they don’t have any profiles meeting my criteria in Austin and now they will be working with me at their location. Not to mention San Antonio is two and half-hours away from me. I asked them why did they take my money if they couldn’t match me with my idea mate and this is a breech of contract? They went into telling me oh we are working on it and called me back with a match within 24hours, so I said ok lets give this one more try, because they are not trying to not give me my money back, so this time the guy seem pretty descent match, besides he had major personal issues going on! This was the last straw that what are they really doing with the background check, the picture they took and profile created and if they had no intention of using it to let someone see what I looked like then what are they doing with it.
Honestly, this is the worst dating site ever and they need to be sued for stealing people’s hard earning money.
