My landlord recently hired Texas Rangers property management company to look over there real estate. we found mold in the house which has been causing my seizures. I've been in and out of the hospital I told the owner of the company about it he told me that mall does not spread and that I was probably doing drugs that's what was causing me to have seizures. they came in and found a bunch of mold. they won't do a mold inspection on the house they said that I have to pay for that even though they found two walls for the second time so we found mold in the house. everytime I call they send me straight to an answering service when I call on another phone they answer they wait 2 or 3 months to send me and maintenance still even though they didn't fix anything .they are rude and very disrespectful. if anybody can help me find a lawyer about my medical conditions about the mold in my house. please contact me please email me these are horrible people and they do not care about anything but making money

Do NOT work or do business with Texas Renters!!! They are not a good company.

When I got hired, they told me they were going to pay $350 for my car allowance, and reimburse me for my MLS fees. That was what we agreed to during the hiring.

I asked them for a offer letter multiple times. They replied that they would, and that they were busy and would give one to me "tomorrow". They never got around to it.(I even asked over email.) Now, they're deciding not to pay me on the terms we first agreed to! Can you believe that?

On multiple occasions, I worked until 10PM at night. Last Friday (August 29, 2014), I stayed until 12AM in the morning!!! The CEO of the company was there and was like, "Oh, we'll leave in 20 minutes... we'll leave here shortly." And "20 mins" turned to a few hours. And I felt bad if I left... so I stayed until 12AM

I have worked every Saturday since I have started working for this company, even though in the original agreement, it was "every other Saturday". I have also worked Sundays, though that was not in our agreement.

Can you believe that? So basically, they declined to pay me for the $350 a month car allowence we agreed to, and the MLS fees.

Long story short, I do not want to be behind a company which does not follow through with their word.

(When started staying late, I asked if I was going to be paid overtime. The CEO of the company told me "no.") They have a high turn over rate. I just want other potential employees to know before they are taken advantage of like I was.
