I purchased a Bootcamp from Biggestloserclub.com with Dolvett Quince and they auto enrolled me in their monthly membership and kept charging me each month. It took me 4 months to notice the charges since I don't really use that card and don't pay attention to the detailed bill....since I usually don't have any activity.
I called them to cancel and asked for a refund which they refused to give me. Finally they refunded one month but refused to refun the rest.
They should NOT be allowed to just enroll me into anything and take money out of my account.
They said it's in the fine print but that's just a way for them to scam people and steal their money. Shame on them. They make millions of dollars as it is and they rip people off like this.....what a major shame.
