The Closet Collector ripped me off by selling me some fake shoes. His website states that all shoes are 100% real or authentic. The shoes I received in the mail from The Closet Collector in the mail first of all looked used the bottom was dirty. The shoes came with no retro card, the bottom was not ice blue like all new shoes would be, and the paper that come inside the shoe was not the kind that come with any Jordan Brand shoe. I took the shoe to a local store which also informed me of the flaws in the shoe when compared to an authentic pair, which lead me to believe that these shoe I was duped into buying was fake. After investigating about The Closet Collector I found out that he has been arrested for selling fake products including Jordan shoes. So I sent emails to the Closet Collector to send the shoes back and get my refund but I got no reply, and after a certain amount of days the term and conditions of the website states that you cannot get my money back if not returned in 7 days from the purchase date. Now I was thinking The Closet Collector did that on purpose so I wouldn't get my money back. now it's been about ten days since my purchase of the shoe I still haven't got any reply from any of my emails. I don't know if I should just send the shoe back or wait to get a reply so we can come to some type of an agreement before I just send the shoes back. I need someone to help me solve this problem.
