I ordered a psychic reading, which she gave me via email. I wasn't happy with it and explained to her why I wasn't happy with it and that I wanted my money back and she then sent me this email:-
"Refunds are at my discretion, I am under no obligation to refund you . I may have considered it had you approached me more nicely, instead of being so downright rude and demanding. Refunding someone because they do not believe the reading describes someone they would actually like is not a valid reason for a refund. It is absurd. Take this as a lesson to never order a reading from anyone ever again if you are banking on the reading meeting your expectations of what you imagine in your mind's eye. I have blocked your email now - please do not waste your time trying to get my attention"
i was not not being rude I was being assertive. I have been to many psychics which I found far better and not offensive. As she has told me not to contact her again I have taken to this website to show how vile this person was to me.
