April 20th of 2015 I purchased a dress for my daughter from this website. i sent an email asking about shipping and was told product is shipped immediately. One the website it states delivery guaranteed in 4-7 days. My daughter had a dance on the following Saturday. The dress never showed up and my upset daughter cancelled her plans to go to the dance. Things happen, but then the store should honor their policies. The dress never showed up and I have requested many times a refund of the money paid on a Visa. Two months after the fact, Yvonne, apparently the big CEO of this sham outfit sent an email offering to send the dress - two months later! - to arrive by Friday June 12th. Of course the dress never showed up, no more responses from email requests to refund my money plus shipping costs!! This clearly a little one person operation that has no inventory and steals money from people by never shipping product. I will be alerting the California Attorney General's office as well. Stay away from this scam retailer or lose your money.
