I also subscribed two years ago and recieved nothing for my money. I saw where they were taking peoples money and thought they would have been stopped by now. I can't rate this because your options does not include -1.
On Feb. 26th, 2013, I sent you a $31.95 check for a subscription to your magazine. The check was cashed. To this date, 2 years later, I have yet to receive a single issue of your magazine. I have called you 3 times during this time span. All 3 times you did return my calls. All 3 times you were full of apologies and made promises, none of which were kept. I would prefer the magazine over the money but after 2 years of waiting I would like you to return my $31.95.
My story is simply this .......... Allen Publishing company of Salt Lake City, Utah, offers a magazine entitled the Game Bird Gazette. I ordered the magazine in January, 2013. I'm yet to receive my 1st issue of the publication.I've made several contacts with the company , emails and phone calls, at which time i've been promised that the issue had been corrected and I would be receiving the next issue.
I (like the person from Orlando) over a month ago requested, in writing, a full refund and have not heard a word from anyone at this firm.
Now they won't even answer the phone, you just get a recorded message. Also, I can't find any address for Allen Publishing Company in Salt Lake City, Utah.
