My name is Diana I'm a nurse, while on Linked In I filled a "free" appreciation on line for the International Association of Health Care Professionals, got a persistent ph calls to return the calls because I have been "nominated "and my application was approved and is such an honor and so on. When I called the person congratulated me and explained the benefits of this "honor" was and I asked how I been picked and she told me that one the staff "nominated me" she said she can put me on a "diamond member ship " and it cost $ 34 .mo and one time fee of $ 818.95 and that my profile will go to libraries and MD'S offices ;very crafty enumerated some other benefits what this covers, etc and there is another fee of $ 380 that she will wave. After I hang up I had the good sense ,( too late though) to look on the all nurses web side and discover that this is a questionable organization and that other nurses and physicians were deceptively convinced to buy into this "prestigious member ship". I called immediately to cancel but the person was not there and I left a message which I was instructed to do so ,if i need to AND GIVEN A DIRECT LINE AND EXTENSION NUMBER, also I was not told all sales are final of what is the cancellation policy. SEVERAL DAYS LATER I DISCOVERED THAT THEY WENT AHED AND CHARGED ANYWAY. My cc Capital one advised me to cancel my card when I called them immediately after I read the reports on all nurses; that did not stop them TO CHAGE ME ANYWAY ,Because I wk 12h at night I was actually able to talk with a man in the evening at this organization , he said he can't cancel my membership and that I will be called in the day time , told him that is not good because I sleep at that time so I can work at night 12h , he said that that is their working hours , never mind I was able to talk with him on the evening, he also put words in my mouth that I said I didn't want to talk with them, not that I am sleeping when they call me , in addition he did make me feel like I'm the problem and reminded me that the conversation is being recorded , to intimidate me to show that is me at fault and that lam the problem So in essence giving me the round around . I keep getting phone calls at the time when I can't return them; so now I got my money taken and I did not receive anything I can't cancel because they do not allow me, I can call back when they call me . I am not the only one that they taken advantage of plese see other reports doctors and nurses ;probably they will respond to this report again to show that is my fault .Please be aware and not not get talked into this , is an expensive lesson and you do not have to pay, I m telling you what is all about so you can avoid this, so do not let them fool you too.

My name is Dr. Allison Haughton-Green and I am a board certified physician that practices in Orlando Florida. I am attempting to get a refund for the $807.95 I paid Internal Association of Healthcare Professionals on May 14, 2014. I was solicited by IAHCP. Tricia Hayes called me on May 14, 2014. I have proof of that from my answering service. She committed 5 grievous acts: 1.She sold me a product and service over the phone without disclosing to me that all sales are final 2.She charged my credit card for one lump sum payment of $807.95 instead of the 2 amounts we agreed upon $ 3. She did not return 2 of my telephone calls where I left her a voicemail asking her to call me back because I had not received any documentation from IAHCP. 4. When I filed a complaint with Capital One, Tricia Haynes did not use email, USP, Fed Ex, USPS, all standard methodologies to ensure I received the information promised to me. 5.Instead of treating me like a customer, they insult me by stating I have buyers remorse.

Scam

Dr. Haughton-green , I have had the experience and I am shocked beyond believe how condescending, rude every single person has been....and here they are stating how I am the best physician ever at my own cost but 0 respect. I am deeply offended and I will be complaining to better business where they have over 20 complaints already. You should too!

Not even a doctor!

I received a letter from IAHCP saying that I was selected as a Top Gastroenterologist in our area. Funny (not) thing is I am an office manager for a gastroenterology practice, but never spent the first day in medical school! How can I be at the top of this specialty? Obviously these people don't have accurate information. Would have made sense if they had sent this to my boss as he IS one of the top GI's in this area, but no - he's not invited!

THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING!

I was hired under false pretenses! Once I got in to training, I realized what this was! A SCAM! I quit!

Thanks for the heads up

Hey everyone, I received a letter from this same organization stating that I was a "Top Social Worker" in my area. My internal alarm went off as I read the letter and felt that this was too good to be true. I Google'd "International Association of Health Care Professional scam," and this page came up. Sorry to hear that they had manipulated folks here, especially telling the woman that she couldn't cancel her enrollment, even after a few days. That's some fucking bullshit if you ask me. I received this letter on November 14, 2017.

Scam

I also received a letter from them. I am a social worker in a dialysis facility. The letter stated that I had been selected as a Top Social Worker & my candidacy was approved. I confirmed the info online & a week or so later received a phone call from a Joann McGuire wanting to do a personal interview for my biography that would be included in their "Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare" book. I did everything I could to vet this organization. I called them back to make sure the number was a good number. They hook you with the praises of how wonderful and distinguished an honor this is and THEN the package prices are revealed. The Diamond Package which is a mere $789, the Platinum package at $859 and a mere $34.95 monthly membership fee. I turned down all these packages and then she saw she was losing me, she came down to a $389 package. I was out...then she offered to "sponsor my membership package" and all I had to do was pay the monthly membership fee. She gave me her direct line and wanted to be there for me! I bought it. It wasn't until I gave her my credit card info and hung up that phone, that I had ignored my good sense & that gut feeling that was telling me that this was a scam. I did a quick search of the phone number & wow....so many posts similar to this and how they were scammed. I quickly called my bank and cancelled. my card & put a fraud alert on that account. Do you know that she called me back at work almost immediately to tell me that their business office had trouble running my card and was there an issue? I explained that after our call I did some additional research & that multiple sources had reported them as a scam. She was of course SHOCKED & assured me that this was not a scam. Then tried to make me feel bad. I am sharing this in the hopes that others won't be roped in like I was & share their credit card info. I now have to wait a week for a replacement card! UGH!

SCAM

I received the same letter stating that I was the top Social Worker in my area. All the praise and telling me that I was picked because my NPI number showed up under their Market Research as a top provider. I told her I could not afford that Diamond packet. Kathy Hall was her name, she immediately went to the Gold packet $389.00. Telling how excited she is that I am on board. Something was telling me this can't be true. But she was good at her BS and gave her my card number. Once I hung up my stomach started to hurt. I immediately called my card company and cancelled my card and account within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone from this Kathy Hall person. I was so pissed and at the same time felt completely stupid. I am typically pretty sharp and can see a scam a mile away. But these people are fast talking and praising to the point that you end of believing they're BS. I am so glad I found this site and saw that other went through the same thing. Sorry for all that went through this SCAM too.

Such a Shark!

This same woman tried to "verify my husband's information", demanded to speak with him only. I explained to her that I am his wife and business manager and that if she had questions I could answer them. She said she had to ask them direct to him. i told her to submit the questions to him and he would answer them possibly by calling her back or sending back his answers. She proceeded to be rude. I told her to have a nice day and I hung up. Today she tried to contact him via email and asked him to contact her, when I made it VERY clear he would not be speaking to her unless she agreed to submit her supposed interview questions in advance. Oh, the nerve of some people! As if he would even entertain the idea of speaking to her. I'm in charge of ALL his PR and Marketing. Watch out for this shark.....she is definitely trying to get direct with the health care person to stroke their ego, and make a sale!
