We have used this business as a last resort place to send our kids when all other alternatives become unavailable. We have problems and issues with the staff every time that our children are here. Our kids hate being here.
The stafff is rude, and mean to kids. They have threatened, bullied, and humiliated our children. Each time that we complain, we are told that we can take our business elsewhere. The counselors lie to the Directors and to the owner. The worst part is that they dont have to lie, the Directors and the owners simply do not care. When the staff has threatened my kids, they have taken away our childrens phones so that they cannot contact us during the day to tell us what is happening.
HERE IS THE BEST PART----They are not accountable to anyone. I complained to DCFS and found that this daycare facility is somehow not licensed by DCFS, and is exempt from being bothered by DCFS. The Will County office of DCFS told me that they have had past issues and complaints, but that they cannot touch this facility. This is why Ivy League does not care when you threaten to complain about them.
This place is beyond horrible. Do your kids a favor and find another care provider.
