At Christmas I bought my wife...What I thought was a really nice Diamond Ring...I WAS WRONG!
Four months after buying the ring I asked my wife why she doesn't wear it, She tells me it was to big and kinda dull.
So I told her lets just sell it.So I went to a local jewery store and he told me $500.00 so I went to E D Marshalls which
is a buyer of jewery and they told me...They didn't want to insult me. I thought I will call The Jewery Exchange were
I Bought it. No cash REFUNDS and I can only get a store credit...That would be great if I Thought the Diamonds were
Top Quality.But now I have NO TRUST IN THIS COMPANY. I Spent over $1400.00 on a ring I was told isn't worth it!
I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THE JEWERY EXCHANGE AGAIN!
P.S. The ED Marshall's showed me the Black spots and cracks in the Diamond.
I'm just really bummed because the staff was friendly and I wonder if they know the Quality of the Diamonds they sale!
