These are the lowliest of low collection agents that lie and swear they are lawyers. They have called me dozens of times trying to collect on the debt of a corporation that I am not involved with. They told me that that they have evidence that i was in coercion" with the debted company and that is why they are coming after me - a total lie!!!!! They call and call and call even though I have told them that they can not call my work phone number. A simple search brings up tons of similar harassment complaints. I have filed a complaint with the State Attorney General and BBB and they continue to call. I can't get them to stop calling! Here is what others say about them: Honestly "kinda" feel sorry for those such as this group (Sauer) claiming to BE lawyers about to take you to court over PERHAPS an old debt--If such debt, long ago written off by the original holder . Many of these are but work at homer's who have been scammed themselves into thinking there is GOLD in this tactic of "overdue billings". They buy the lists and those lists are recirculated and OUT OF DATE. Tryly a sorry lot and actually, there are laws on the books to have them sease and disist the HARRASSMENTS , but it becomes almost futile for just as one is knocked down/out, another schmuck buys the lists and it starts all over again. IGNORE THEM, report them as well and grumble to your electeds to do SOMETHING for the ordinary folks to get phoney biz practioners like these OUT of circulation !!! A woman by the name of Suzanne Davis calls and says she works for The Law Firm of Phillip Sauer. She says its not a collection agency, but her call sure sounds like it. She is very rude and almost threatening. What is the difference between a law firm and a collection agency? Dont they both do the same? Marc 29 Apr They called me today with there vailed threats(some not so vailed) I told him to file a case with the courts as I canceled the insurence policy and they kept charging me...what a joke they are This man first identified himself as Kevin Brown and then as kevin steinberg. He says he is with some law firm. Returned his call and he was VERY RUDE!! and would give me no information when I asked for it. Will have a police detective friend look into this "business" Caller: Kevin brown/steinberg Kevin Steinberg keeps calling for my roommate and is CLAIMING to be an attorney. NO attorney would speak to someone like that. Have some class. He was SCREAMING at me and trying to claim I haven't been giving my friend the messages. The guy is telling me financial information about my friend that really I shouldn't know and he's just screaming at anyone who will listen... He calls about 4 times a day, demanding I stip work and risk my job to track down my friend. Umm....no buddy. And get a life.
