The Meridian building in Lakewood Ohio is the biggest cult of above average income residents who think they are better than anybody.

we live here and pay chump change to rent ($1500) and we laugh at these Ohioans because they have never lived in a real city
The landlord, Mitch Wax, Phd a liscensed psychologist has tried to evict us in the middle of July for non-payment of August rent. Remember this is a person who is a doctor and is stupid enough for this eviction filing.
anyway, long story short, the judge ruled in our favor and laughed Dr. Mitch Wax out of the courtroom and denied him any rent from us for August and September
Also, The building manager Ralph Guilette's son has recently comitted suicide and if that crippled old whale was my father I probably would have ended my life as well.
