It has been 4 months and we have not recieved blueprints to pull a building permit. Preliminary prints reciveded March 8,2015 your schedule states within 2 months $24,025 has been paid for Blueridge I, Buyan I, pine boards, to finish great room, and shell preventive for log decay. The final invoice should state this.
We need a detail invoice of materials. We need bluprints.
An Escrow account has been setup for final payment at BB&T $35,073.35
Payment will be made when log home is delivered and loads are inspected for quality, damages and shortages.
Reasons for this your company agent tosha Aldridge stated she was ROSEMARY'S BABY ALL GROWN UP, thougt I was "General Custer" , was full booded , was ready for me at the the Little Big Horn. I have recive poor and instuling service.
This is not professional for your company's agent Aldridge to act this way. She should not be allowed to complete this order. Some one in a more professional manner should complete the order.
You should answer with your company's letter lead in 5 days.

Stated check into it; next day stated he did not hear any comments as such per Tosha Aldridge but deleted the recordings.
would not accept escrow payment or check. ONLY WIRE the money a bank account
Refused to allow inspection of shippment.
No record after 21 days where the money goes, wire transfer not good in court of law
I feel a class action suit is necessary. It would seem to me the misrepresentation and mounds of added undisclosed extra fees is a habitual problem with this company. Time to research further and get the ball rolling.
