The sleep better store from houston texas sent me mattresses that last 6 months and replaced two but they went bad after a few months and tried to contact the business and they went out of business, I am disabled, paid upfront, and now have no bed to sleep on. I feel someone should be able to locate the people of this business so we can get our money back so we can get a new bed. I can't afford a lawyer and now out 1200.00 for a bed that should last 20 years and lasted less than two years.
I bought an airbed from these people. Then they told me they wouldn't warranty unless I bought the foundation. So I bought them both. My Dr said it might help my back. So we sat it up and I've enjoyed it until 9months ago when one side wouldn't hold air. I tried to contact them. The phone rings 2 times then hangs up. Them I called the other sleep better store that is also in Texas they were rude and said they weren't affiliated with them and the other sleep better was out of business. I've.been trying to find out who does the warranty. No one seems to know or even care
