I would give them zero stars if I could. My story is like every comment here. Took my money and sent me nothing. Because I saw PayPal I thought it wasn't a scam. Lesson learned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH thetopgrades.com
I bought a test bank from them, but never received my order. I immediately got confirmation that they received my order along with my paypal payment, but no dice on getting what I ordered. ThetopGrades.com is betting that you or I won't contact paypal. I believe all we have to do is to contact paypal, and they will shut down the account. Credit card payments can be reversed.
I have been trying to contact top grades. They sent it to a wrong email and it went to spam. I emailed them four times but no response. When I found it in spam one day later, I tried to download it and it was invalid. I emailed them several times about it but no response. I contacted paypal and they said they can't dispute emailed documents although they would help me. They said this co. did a lot of business through them and expected a response back. They are in Russia so they are not going to call them. This is a scam site and paypal should not allow them to hide behind their good name. They have not responded back to paypal's inquiry which makes we wonder if paypal really cares if they are legit so long as they get their money.
Never responded to my emails. They sent me an "order confirmation" email a split second after I placed the order (which tells me it is automatically generated) and haven't responded to any email or paypal dispute message I sent since.

They will not send you what you paid for. They take your money and give nothing in return. They will not respond to any type of email. It is a company founded on lies and is just here to steal your hard earned money. DO NOT Purchase form them.
This company is a total scam. Do Not Purchase from them, unless you like giving away money. I made a $40 purchase for a Study guide and the company generated and sent me an automatic email with a confirmation number but I never received the file.
They never responded to any of my emails. The company does not provide a telephone number. They literally took my money. I never heard from them again. $40 down the drain.
