They do not actually provide the services and support most states require new brokers to receive. They have a full online system, but their 'Managing Broker' does not even contact new agents when they join. Actually in my three months from the firm I didn't hear from them once! I could have been out doing whatever (good thing I actually did not participate in any real estate deals).
When I went to cancel my account, after I had left to go to another firm a month earlier (which they never noticed) they said they would not refund my membership fee. This fee is paid on a quarterly basis for services provided in the future. So if I paid in March, the services would be from April - July, etc. The owner was extremely rude and 'our policy is our policy.' Even if the policy is a complete ripoff.
