I bought a bird and was told that they have to clip wings. A girl held the bird so tight as it screamed only after she cut one of its wings. It was bleeding and she said it was normal. She explained she was an expert. I took the bird to the vet and couldnt believe that only one person held the bird. Not to mention she mutalated its wing by cutting the wrong feathers. I've had him for a year and his one wing is still useless to him. So sad. The way they acted, as if they knew what they were doing... I am more mad at myself for taking part in buying from this store. There is sooooo much more, but you have to go and look for yourself, its so scary.
