I was about to be another victim of Mr. Kielbasinski's acts. I was interested in finding a tutor to help me. But, because of the type of work I do I felt like I needed to some research. Well, I am SO glad I did because there is nothing positive about this man online. I know that people will say anything these days but everything I have found sounds the same. I will NOT be using Mr. Kielbasinski for anything and have ceased ALL communications with him. Mr. Kielbasinski----stop stealing from those who need and desire your help.
I needed some help with C++ computer programming. I went to www.tutorselect.com and put in my request for tutoring. Thomas Kielbasinski responded to my request and we agreed on $100 for 5 hours of tutoring. Thomas Kielbasinski was not able to make our first meeting as he had to visit someone in the hospital. The second day we set 2 PM PST / his 5 PM EST....I sent Thomas Kielbasinski a connectin to GoToMeeting via Skype and he refused to use it. He then blocked me on Skype.
I have his phone number, (((Redacted))) so I tried to call....he didn't answer.
I called again and my number had been blocked.
I used my home phone and again no answer follwed by blocking.
Since I had sent him the money through Google Wallet, I contacted them and they directed me to contact my bank.
I contacted my bank and we are in the process of creating a charge back for the money.
I looked for his name on the Internet and I find he has been doing this same scenario over and over.
From information on this site I contacted the police in Somerset, PA.
They know him and get reports like this about weekly. I assume a lot more of his scams go unreported.
He is likely doing a fairly good living as a scammer.

In addition, contact the Honorable Kenneth Johnson 814-445-1535 to file charges against Thomas Kielasinski. Even if it is for a SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY!!!!
In addition, contact Office of the District Attorney/Somerset County at 814-4451458 They also have begun a file on Kielbasinski.
Even if he has ripped you off for $100. report him and file charges. Thomas Kielbasinki is a internet predator who STEALS from HONEST PEOPLE through several scams. Including: Tutor Services, Book Publishing and Kielbasinksi Tutoring and Editing Services.
Kielbasinkis pattern is always the same:
1/He lures in victims for small amounts of money in exchange for services via answering internet or Craigslist ads!
2/He gets payments up front and then does not deliver and his supposed “professional” services!
3/He then will “DENY” any wrong doing and then threaten to sue you with his lawyer.
Google his name and NUMEROUS rip off reports are posted on line about him from a variety of individuals who seem to be solid citizens. Each time Mr. K. will then attempt to “cover his theft and stealing” by slandering and discrediting and threatening to sue those who he has stolen money from . I have included a series of comments about him that were posted on a Tutor website. It seems that along with ripping people off via Fake Tutor Services.
