The doctor was referred to me as a replacement for my regular vet who was out of town. Dr. Thompson looked at my dog's ear and proceeded to sell me a four ounce bottle of ear cleaner for $32.50 which I returned at his agreement the next day after finding it for $9.41 on Amazon. The rude technician at the front told me to just 'go to Dr. Amazon' but didn't know how I would get prescriptions or get seen for emergencies. I told her that I did not appreciate her comment and she neglected to apologize for her insinuation that I should pay four times what the product was worth just because the doctor needed the money. I have never seen product marked over 50% in all my years of retail. The doctor also promised that he would contact a human dentist to fill in a chip in my other dog's tooth and when he never called me after a month I called him three times and was ignored all three times. He then blocked me on this personal Facebook account. This is the most outrageous treatment I have ever received from a male business owner in my life. I will never use his 'services' again.
