Heidi may have an eye for decorating but the lack of courtesy and professionalism is astounding. My couches arrived with tears in them. She recommended having them repaired in May 2014. She charged me in full for the couches and said the couch company would pay for the repair. Her repair person came to see the couches in June. In July I reached out to her to find out when he was coming to fix them. She did not respond. In September I was still texting and calling without response. Finally, Sept 13 she responds and says the repair person "was out of town" but "will fix the following Saturday". He did not show up. I called and texted and on October 10th she responded that she would call him and find out when he was coming. I have not heard from her since despite numerous messages. It should not be this difficult to communicate with someone and I should not be left with ripped couches. Beware.
