Website appears like a humble family owned business but buyer beware. They charged my credit immediately when I placed the order and I waited months for my furniture. I called and emailed multiple times and received no response. Expected a 4-6 week wait and 8 months later I reversed credit card charges.
I wish I had read all the complaints filed against this company before I placed my order for 2 garden benches. They charged my credit card the very next day and I paid my bill. That was 4 months ago and since then I've called multiple times and received nothing but empty promises. This company steals your money and gives you nothing in return but lies - if you can even reach them by phone (and they won't respond to email at all). I have bought their products in the past; nice design, though cheap pine so won't last more than a couple years, but at least you got what you paid for. Now, it's clear their sole product is FRAUD.
Invisible because it never arrived! And money was never refunded. Bottom line here in advance is be VERY, VERY CAREFUL when dealing with this company.
We ordered a bench in February of 2011. Supposed to arrive in 6-8 weeks. In fact, it didn't arrive by August. We called. They promised ""rush""delivery. Did not arrive. We asked for a refund. No refund. We called again. Refund in ""in process"" they say. No refund. We write CEO as instructed on their website. No response. No bench. No refund.
There is a reason why their website is plastered with excuses for bad reviews from the BBB and elsewhere. It's because THEY ARE A RIPOFF OPERATION. Do NOT believe anything customer service rep says. Do NOT believe that the so-called CEO will be of help.
